About the event
The Bundessieger-Ausstellung is the German winner show, which VDH organises together with the Agria Trophy Show from 5 to 7 November 2027. In 2026 the show was part of Hund & Pferd at the Dortmund exhibition centre, and according to the organiser it is Germany's largest dog show. Hund & Pferd combined a dog show and a horse fair, with dogs from more than 240 breeds in the pedigree competitions.
VDH has published the group schedule for 2027. At the Bundessieger show, FCI groups 2, 4 and 5 are judged on Friday, groups 1, 6 and 9 on Saturday and groups 3, 7, 8 and 10 on Sunday. The Agria Trophy Show has a different order: groups 3, 7, 8 and 10 on Friday, 2, 4 and 5 on Saturday and 1, 6 and 9 on Sunday. The same dog can therefore be entered in both shows.
Entries are made online at onlinedogshows.eu. There are three deadlines: 7 September, 28 September and 19 October 2027. There is also a combined entry covering both shows. Fees are on the organiser's website.
At the 2026 event, no tickets were sold at the door, and dogs needed a rabies vaccination and their own ticket. The same arrangements are likely in 2027, but check them on the organiser's website when the details are updated. More details on the 2027 horse fair have not yet been published.
